The opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor based in Hereford to join a highly regarded and established Law firm. Our client has been providing a wide range of legal services for over a century and their Commercial Property department is a key strength within the firm.

The Opportunity

Due to continued growth, our client is looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor who is able to assist with all aspects of commercial property transaction work, including handling freehold and leasehold conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who is looking for a long-term and progressive career move.

In addition to a competitive salary, you will also be provided with 25 days' holiday, company pension and a Christmas shut down period.

What's needed for me to be considered?

• An experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with 1-5 years' PQE
• Ability to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of Commercial Conveyancing work, including freehold and leasehold transactions, farming and agricultural
• Have good technical proficiency and attention to detail
