We are currently recruiting for two Finance Business Partners to support our Access and Industrial business units. Location is flexible for the right candidate
although the natural home base would be either Edinburgh, Derby or Newton-Le-Willows. Candidates must have a minimum of 2-3 years post qualification
experience, preferably from an industrial background / contracts based business. Be prepared to travel between Enigma sites throughout the UK. The successful
candidate will report directly to the Finance Director but with day-to-day responsibility for supporting the business units Operations Directors and their SMT's.
This role will be an integral part of both the Finance Leadership Group as well as the business unit SMT.

Finance Business Partners will have a variety of responsibilities that will include:
• Balance Sheet Integrity
• Driver of Working Capital
• Transparency of numbers based on operational and commercial performance
• No surprises culture
• Meaningful analysis based on the manipulation of complex data
• Financial sounding board to operational & commercial colleagues
• Timely and accurate reporting/forecasting
• Contribute to an effective control environment
• First class data manipulation and Microsoft Excel skills
• Liaison/link between central finance and the business units.
Responsibilities:
Day-to-day interaction with operational and commercial colleagues across a multi-site business to help drive results, highlighting risks and maximising
opportunities. Able to deal with competing objectives, ensuring monthly numbers are delivered on a timely, accurate, consistent and transparent basis that is
representative of operational delivery.
What we are looking for:
Qualified accountants (ACA or CIMA) with at least 2-3 years post qualification experience which should include some exposure to improving Working Capital.
Comfortable working with competing objectives in a fast-paced organisation that demands an ability to deal quickly with areas of judgement. Experience within
an industrial type business is considered desirable. Travel around multiple Enigma locations will be an integral part of the role. A desire to get to know what
makes our business successful, combining financial expertise and commercial acumen to make a difference.

A competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience which will include traditional benefits typically included with a role of this level (car,
