CMA Recruitment Group is delighted to be working exclusively with a leading specialist retail business, based on the outskirts of Chichester, West Sussex. A knowledgeable Purchase Ledger Clerk is required to join the close-knit, friendly team on a permanent basis. This position offers flexibility between 30 - 37.5 hours a week over 4 or 5 days.
What will the role involve?
- Matching, coding and posting high volume invoices in GBP and EUR;
- Statement reconciliations;
- Preparation of invoices for authorisation and payment;
- Staff expenses;
- Allocation of direct debit payments;
- Ad hoc raising of manual sales ledger invoices.
Suitable Candidate:
- Previous knowledge of purchase ledger;
- Highly accurate;
- Strong communicator who enjoys working as part of a team;
- The ability to work on your own initiative.
