Accounts Assistant

CMA is exclusively partnering with a GBP14m T/O services provider to recruit an Accounts Assistant on a temporary basis due to growth of the business following an MBO. The business has recently moved to new modern offices which boast a chill out room, games room, free parking and large outside area.

The business has been extremely stable during lockdown and are now operating at pre-covid levels of business. There is the possibility to interview for the permanent opportunity also.

What will the role involve?

• Taking payments via PDQ machine;
• Setting up new client accounts;
• Running fraud checks for new customers;
• Liaising with customers over the phone to ensure details are correct;
• Reconciling accounts.
• Supporting the Finance Manager.

Suitable Candidate:

• Previously worked in a finance team;
• Knowledge of SAGE 200 would be advantageous;
• Good attention to detail;
• Keen to learn;
• Problem solver.
