Position: Estate Agent Valuer / Lister / New Business Generator
Package: GBP30k Basic + Commission - GBP40k + OTE
Location: Flexible
The Role: A totally unique, one off opportunity has become available for a driven Estate Agent with aspirations to own their own Estate Agency to join a fantastic investment company and embark on an exciting new project together. My clients are looking for driven and motivated listers/ managers to work their own patch, building it up during year one and will then have the option to own their own business with full financial backing from the investment company, giving them an initial 29% stake in their own business. My clients are offering a unique model which is totally risk free through paying a basic salary of GBP30k + commission and giving you the option of whether you want to earn your new business.
Requirements:
- Previous Estate Agent experience required.
- Proven track record in winning new Estate Agency business.
- Presentable.
- Full UK driving license.
- To be able to work as part of a team.
