Leaders In Care is looking for a nurse-qualified Service Manager to work full-time in Hartlepool, Cleveland, and will pay a salary of GBP50,000 pa to the successful candidate.
Our client runs a wide range of services for individuals with mental health needs and learning disabilities in the UK. Their dedicated care team of 8,800 employees empower 3,000 individuals across 140 services (with 85% rated 'Good' or 'Outstanding') to make a positive difference to their lives.
We are looking to place a healthcare service manager or residential setting service manager with previous leadership experience and the ability to work full-time (40 hrs per week) in a challenging environment. To apply, you must be a qualified nurse, RNLD or RMN and have worked with varied stakeholders in the delivery of outstanding care.
You'll be a role model for your staff team and an ambassador for your service. Working with the multi-disciplinary teams, family members, local authorities and regulatory bodies, you'll have overall responsibility and accountability for the delivery of a high-quality service.
Primary responsibilities of this Service Manager role are:
- Managing care assistant teams to ensure safe and effective provision of care and support
- Compliance with relevant, legislation, contracts and service specifications
- CCGs and CQC monitoring
- Efficient management of all resources
