Customer Service Advisor (Temporary)
Time Appointments are thrilled to be working alongside a thriving contact centre based on the outskirts of Ipswich, who are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to strengthen their busy teams. Although these opportunities are temporary initially, there is a likelihood they will become permanent for candidates that prove their commitment to the role and business upon successful completion of the assignment, however this cannot be guaranteed.
These roles are very customer service focussed, speaking with customers over the telephone. You will be responsible for dealing with and resolving customer queries, taking details of enquiries and complaints to forward onto relevant departments, processing orders and payments, and data entry.
No previous office experience is required; however, candidates must have strong communication skills, demonstrable IT skills and strong attention to detail. A can-do attitude is imperative, along with your full commitment to the assignment.
Our client operates 7 days a week and has various full-time static shift patterns available within these hours.
