A new vacancy has arisen for a Lettings Negotiator to join our clients in the Oldham area.
They are ideally looking for a highly organised individual with experience within the Lettings industry. This is a diverse role therefore our clients are seeking a good all-rounder with the ability to carry out the following tasks:
- Attending Viewings within Residential Sales and Lettings
- Providing Feedback to Vendors and Landlords
- Dealing with tenancy deposits
- Check Ins
- Check outs
- Assisting with Inventories
As a Lettings Negotiator you'll be required to work Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm and alternate Sunday 9am - 1pm.
In return our clients are offering:
- Basic salary of GBP18,000
- On target earnings of GBP21,000
- Pension scheme
- Extremely generous holiday entitlement
To be considered for the role of Lettings Negotiator with our clients it is essential that you not only have a full UK driving licence but access to your own car.
