Credit Risk Manager

The Role:

Working with this established Finance Company who work within the high return waste to energy sector.

Reporting to the Head of Credit your primary responsibilities are to prepare credit papers and make recommendations relating to both new business and extensions of credit. You will also undertake regular monitoring of the portfolio to ensure loan facilities remain compliant and take action to address any areas of concern.

You will be the point of contact for Business Development and Account Managers.

Assist the Head of Credit by providing analysis of credit applications

Provide financial and risk analysis through the life of the project, including management of variances, projections and operational targets.

What we're looking for:

Ideally you will be Degree educated and having credit risk or other lending experience gained within a financial institution. You will need the ability to understand and interpret financial statements. An accounting qualification would be an advantage. You must be confident and assertive with he ability to influence other whilst having excellent negotiation skills.
