Our client is a rapidly growing, cash rich and currently in the process of launching a new global commercial strategy! They are a well-respected UK market leader in the provision of contract manufacturing services for electro-mechanical products and solutions.
They actively support OEM's of all types primarily within food processing, mining, scientific, energy, energy, power, and general manufacturing. Some of the products and systems they get involved with include pneumatics, hydraulics, electronic components, control systems, cabling, vacuum technology to name a few.
As a result of new commercial leadership, they are now looking to develop and enhance their customer experience. They are looking to recruit a dynamic "World Class" Customer services leader to bring in new process and build a team to deliver outstanding customer services to their blue chip client base and take a proactive approach to key account management.
You and your team will take full responsibility and accountability for working with our clients existing key account business, trading customers and be influential in handling and managing new customers. This company is growing rapidly, they are a contract manufacturing outsourcing business you will liaise with all departments and manufacturing to ensure a first-class customer experience. You will introduce new ways of doing things, you will modernise and commercialise, you will challenge existing internal processes and procedures. You will make things happen.
