Our client is a not-for-profit housing association providing quality homes across eight local authority areas in the counties of Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire.

The role:


They want to deliver services that help meet the needs of their customers. They have seen throughout Covid-19 the need to have a flexible service offering that allows them to adapt and respond to the needs of customers quickly and more creatively than ever before; your role will help them support their more vulnerable customers and ensure that they react to their needs.


You will work with the housing team, and with customers to understand their needs and deliver housing services that meet social purpose objectives.


Your day to day duties will include:

  • Providing an easy to access and flexible housing management service that is focussed on providing a good experience for the customer.
  • Provide income maximisation and housing management services.
  • Working with vulnerable customers to provide support and assistance in line with their values and social purpose.
