Our well-established client, based in Stoke On Trent, are looking to recruit Customer Service Advisors to join their customer focused team!
Role:
- High volume of outbound & inbound calls
- First point of contact to members for queries and advice
- Relationship building and enhance the customer experience
- Continuously seek to improve customer service feedback
- Communicating effectively and efficiently to ensure the delivery of our business objectives and targets
- Managing all tasks in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintaining a full working knowledge of all functions within the operation
Skills required:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative
- Time management and organisational skills
- Computer and IT literate
- Efficient administrative skills
Required Experience of Internal Sales Executive
