BTG is working with a market-leading manufacturing business based in Banbury who are seeking a Management Accountant to join their experienced team. This role will see you working with all departments of the company to help drive efficiencies forward and there is scope for you to progress to become number 2 on-site.
The role
Your new role as Management Accountant will see you working closely with Senior Stakeholders throughout the company as well as taking an in-depth look into the costings and inventory. Duties will include:

The role

- Produce the weekly and Monthly Accounts
- KPI Reporting
- Looking at manufacturing variances and standard cost
- Reporting on stock and stock movements
- Business partnering with Directors and other non-finance staff members
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Ad hoc reporting
