Coordinator Nights

Our client based in Leicester is looking for a Night Co-ordinator

This is a temp to perm position for the right candidate.

Your Duties will include but not be limited to.

?? Planning, routing of vehicles.

?? Working towards reducing Driver hours / Mileage / Fuel costs through good planning

?? Supporting Drive Through and loading / off-loading of Trunk Vehicles

?? Monitoring Driver performance throughout the night

?? Liaising with Central and Regional hubs accordingly

?? Monitoring held over freight, resolving and delivery in accordance with customer specifications.

?? Monitoring and supporting the despatch times of the night trunks

?? Supporting Night Manager and associated KPI performance

?? Supporting Night Manager with Quality / Health and safety & site security.

?? Overseeing / supporting scanning of freight - arrival, despatch of trunks, C&D loading and held over scanning

Ideally you will have the following experience

?? Sound understanding of transport & legal requirements.

?? Sound back-ground involving IT systems.

?? Ability to create spreadsheets / general reports.

?? FLT licence.
