Property Manager - home based - Peterborough - CGBP50k package

My client is a long established, highly reputable, Peterborough based Property Management company.

Specialising in block and estate management nationally, their portfolio comprises a wide range of sites from Peterborough based RMC's to large New Build developments located in Gosport.

As a result of substantial portfolio growth, they now require an additional competent property manager to work from home (4/5 days currently, 2/3 days normally) for oversight of a well-run, reasonably well spread portfolio of 30 sites.

The suitable property manager should ideally hold IRPM qualification (or have the desire to obtain it in post), reside within an hours' drive of Peterborough and have 3-5 years' experience encompassing the full range of block management duties across a wide range of leasehold sites - RMC's, Freeholder and Developer appointed.

The 30 sites within your portfolio are PREDOMINANTLY local (Peterborough/closely surrounding) but there are some (which require very little visits/AGM's) based in Lincoln, Gosport and London. ALL are well run, trouble free and require little or no on site presence (bar 1 AGM).

Given the hassle free nature of the sites in the successful property manager's portfolio, the geographical spread is negated, leaving the suitable property manager free to concentrate on consolidating the existing good relations with residents.

Despite being a standard home based PM role, salary is offered at up to GBP40k basic + 10% bonus + car allowance and benefits!
