Lettings / AST Manager - Richmond Office

Our client is an international property consultancy who specialise in the management, development and sale of property worldwide.

Due to continual growth and demand for their property management (AST) services, they are now looking for an additional Property Manager (AST / Lettings) with around 1-2 years' experience to work alongside the existing team in the management of their portfolio of residential properties (all based within prime London postcodes) from their Richmond office.

The successful AST Property Manager (Lettings) will be required to carry out the following duties (depending on your current level of experience): - Site inspections and regular liaison with tenants, instructing and overseeing of repairs, liaising with maintenance contractors, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements (Gas Safety certificates, PAT Testing, EPC's etc),Section Notices (8 and 21) Assisting with annual budgets, outcomes and forecasts and working with the lettings team with regards to new tenancies / renewals.

Ideally the successful AST Property Manager (Lettings) will be ARLA qualified although this is not essential.

Package on offer for the successful Property Manager (AST / Lettings) will be negotiable but likely GBP28k - GBP30k as a basic
