Our client is seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join their team
Duties include;
- Supports and work within the payroll team in line with timelines and deadlines
- Point of contact for investigating and dealing with queries on a high volume basis
- Liaising with the various Team Leaders to resolve complex payroll issues
- Involved in managing and processing payroll data
- Produces summary reporting and information on payroll data
- Handling sensitive and confidential data and pay transactions in a professional manner
- Maintain a high level of professional confidentiality and accuracy at all times
- Monitor and track payroll related activities to make sure that these are communicated in plenty of time and within payroll deadlines
- Where issues arise, raise this in a proactive way so that they can be resolved as soon as possible
- Any other payroll & HR duties, working in a team
