Customer relationship manager

A fast paced growing business based in Corsham are looking to add a Customer Relationship Lead to their sales team.

Reporting into the Sales Manager you will work with the sales team to manage the implementation of the company services and software post sale and create a professional and mutually beneficial relationship with the customer long term.

The Role:

Attend the pre implementation meeting with the Sales colleague

Set up the new account on internal sytems

Ensure all set up documentation is issued and returned

Issue service level agreement to the customer

Manage the go-live including communication internally and externally to ensure a smooth process

Handle customer queries

Support project teams with the handling of new customers

Strong IT skills in diary management, Excel, Outlook and Word with an open attitude to learning new systems
