My client is looking for an Insurance claims administrator who is fluent in Italian and who has an excellent command of the English language (written and spoken).

Your role will be to investigate claims thoroughly and efficiently, providing clear, concise and accurate information to international customers, business partners and internal clients, translating from Italian to English.

You will be responsible for the management of your workload, following appropriate processes in accordance with agreed quality and service standards and working as a team to achieve this.

  • Answer incoming customer enquiries
  • Stay up-to-date on new products, services, and policies
  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
  • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies

Experience within the following areas is desirable to be considered for this opportunity:

  • Experience working within the insurance industry (Essential)
  • Ability to be able to work on your own accord as well as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in Italian and English
  • Quality customer service experience
  • Computer literate
  • Confident with a willingness to learn
  • Working under pressure and being able to prioritise
