Customer Service Advisor

We are currently recruiting for our Global Outsourcing client based in Derry, we are looking for candidates with previous customer service skills who can handle customer queries and isn't afraid of a challenge. This is home based role but all equipment and training required for the role will be provided for you.

What will you be doing?

• Part of the inbound customer service team, who are the first point of contact for customers
• Supporting the customer with any needs they may have
• Discussing variety of products and any details of customer accounts
• Providing technical support over the phone to customers with issues
• Handling a mixture of queries and complaints, getting to the bottom of the customers query
• Provide excellent customer service at all times

Hours of work -

• Monday to Sunday - shifts between 8am-11pm
• Successful candidates must be fully flexible between these hours
• You will work rotational weekend shifts

Salary -

GBP18,137.60 per annum

Plus opportunities for bonus

Successful candidates must be able to pass a credit and DBS check due to the nature of the role

Requirements for home based working include: Broadband connection that is 5MB or above; desk and appropriate chair; Internet connection will need to be a wired connection
