Management Accountant

Well, we're recruiting for a Management Accountant to join our team based at our site in Droitwich on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a great hands-on finance role to support our customer, Tesco.

We're looking to offer a salary of up to GBP32,000 per annum. But not only that, we're also offering full study support towards your CIMA or ACCA qualification. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. What you'll do on a typical day:

• Lead and oversee the production of weekly financial and KPI reporting for both XPO and our customer
• Provide variance analysis with adequate commentary including aiding operational management in the interpretation of results
• Assist with monitoring controls associated with debt ledger and creditors ledger
• Assist with the production of interim forecasts and the Annual Budget
• Prepare full balance sheet reconciliations in which all accounts are reconciled monthly with risk and opportunities clearly identified

What you need to succeed at XPO:

• A proven track record in successfully establishing and maintaining effective business relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
• Experience in an operational environment within logistics or manufacturing
• Knowledge of financial management systems. Experience of SAP would be advantageous
• You're part-qualified and your CIMA/ ACCA studies are well underway
