Ecomm Customer Services Team Leader - (six month contract)

Our client is looking for an experienced E-commerce Customer Services Team Leader to supervise and oversee their Amazon and Ecomm European customer service team (3 people). Providing a professional service to customers, responding to customer queries via email and telephone, the team will be responsible for advising on stock availability, pricing issues and general customer enquiries.
The ideal candidate will have experience of leading a small team, previous knowledge of Ecommerce platforms and EDI, including liaising with the software development and digital marketing team. Working closely with the DTC Account Manager and other stakeholders, the team leader will assist in the planning and execution of projects, organize and interpret data to continuously monitor and improve the online business.
This role is based in Luton, Bedfordshire.
Suitable candidates will have:-
- Previous customer service experience
- Supervisory skills
- Hands-on experience working with an e-commerce platform. Experience with Magento preferred.
- Knowledge of Netsuite or other ERP systems
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrable problem-solving ability
- A flexible and adaptable "can do approach"
