A superb opportunity for a Kitchen and Bathroom Sales Designer within the Lincoln area.

The role of a Kitchen and Bathroom Sales Designer

As a Kitchen and Bathroom Sales Designer your role will be to provide customers with a knowledgeable, friendly and dependable service whilst at the same time optimising department/Section sales and gross profit. You will also professionally manage internal and external appointments.

• Produce professional design packages and working drawings from site dimensions.

• Design in competence complete packages for all customers

• Build effective working relationships with customers, in order to understand their requirements thus ensuring that the correct products are supplied.

• Use initiative to identify sales opportunities and offer advice and solutions to customers, thus maximising profitable sales and margin.

• Maintain a clean and effectively displayed work area in line with company policy.

• Ensure that company policies are followed at all times when producing paperwork associated with sales.

• Liaise with suppliers where necessary.

• Support the Branch Manager and colleagues in working as a team to ensure the branch operates efficiently and effectively within company policy.

• Ensure a tidy working environment at all times in line with health and safety guidelines.

• Actively safeguard against theft of company goods or property by being security conscious at all times.

• Perform any other duties as may be deemed necessary or as may be required by the company.

• Working from the Lincoln branch

THE CANDIDATE

• The ideal candidate will have similar experience of designing and selling Kitchens, Bathrooms, Bedroom (KBB) etc.

• Experience of working within a Builder's Merchants is highly desirable

• A proven track record of exceeding KPI's.

• Strong personality, ability to take ownership, make big decisions and ensure that they deliver the required results

• Able to demonstrate excellent and up-to-date product knowledge.

• Ideally have a driving licence and your own car

• Experience of working in a customer facing environment

• More than anything you will have the passion to give great service and succeed.

• Live within a commutable distance to the Lincoln branch
