Court of Protection Solicitor
This established West Sussex law firm is currently looking for an experienced COP Solicitor to bolster this busy department with an additional hire to represent the interests of vulnerable clients.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with at least 5+ years post qualification experience in decisions relating to property and financial affairs, preparing LPAs, drafting applications to the Court of Protection and preparation of annual reports. Given the nature of the clients and area of law, you must be a conscientious individual with enhanced critical thinking abilities, be highly organised and possess strong analytical skills.
