We are looking for customer service advisors to join our 5-star rating team here at Green. In this role you will provide excellent customer service to our eco-conscious members and will work as a team to ensure that the daily operations run smoothly and continue to provide outstanding service that Green has been recognised for by citizen advice, we could not have done this without our fantastic team players.
You will be responsible for monitoring emails, answering all queries via phone and live chat, and ensuring you meet your daily targets. Without question, you must be a great team player who embraces and enjoys a fast-paced working environment.

The role will include
- Provide exceptional customer service to all Green customers
- Handling customer enquiries via phone, email and live chat
- Working alongside other departments to resolve issues
- Progress to taking escalated calls and complaints in line with internal procedures
- Administration and data processing will also feature in this role
