  • Ideally coming from a banking or finance background
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

What does the day look like?

  • Providing a range of processing and administrative activities
  • Processing high volumes of data
  • Updating customer details
  • Making changes to existing accounts
  • Outbound follow up calls to customers
