You will be joining a company with strong values, one which genuinely respects its people and rewards them with uncapped commission. You will be based in our stunning Harrogate showroom allowing you to benefit from our national advertising and gaining you access to our enviable database of quality leads. Full training and ongoing design support are provided to ensure that every Tom Howley Sales Designer achieves maximum success.

A strong sales record in the luxury kitchen industry is required and high calibre empathy and listening skills allowing you to understand clients' needs and sell solutions.
