Design Manager

Sentri Group are currently working with expanding Kent based contractor delivering new build and refurbishment schemes to GBP25m across the public and private sectors, they are seeking a Design Manger / Senior Design Manager with experience of working at pre-construction stage.

The company's current workload comes from several sectors, but they are very strong within the Education, Residential, Health and Leisure sectors and have a proven track record of delivering projects ranging from GBP4m to GBP25m.

Workload is secured via framework agreements, negotiated repeat work and competitive tendering and you will be working as part of a work winning team where you will lead the design management aspect to ensure the project is value engineered to maximise 'best price'.

Reporting to the Pre-Construction Manager / Director and experienced in the Design Management function you will come from a main contracting background, possess a high level of contractual, technical and programme awareness and be professionally qualified, ideally with a degree.
