Russian Commercial Paralegal

Are you an ambitious Russian speaking law graduate, with experience dealing with commercial contracts? If so, an established commercial team are looking for you to join them as a Russian Commercial Contract Paralegal. Notably, this is initially a remote 6-month contract opportunity, leading to permanent employment.

This is what you'll be doing

• As a Russian Commercial Contract Paralegal, you will be preparing contracts, while ensuring compliance at all times
• Reviewing, researching and drafting vendor agreements in Russian and English, including MSAs, SOWs and Consulting Agreements
• Liaising with clients to answer contract related queries
• Legal Research
• Maintaining accurate records of legal data

The experience you'll bring to the team

• Law degree is essential (LLB/ GDL/LPC), ideally with a legal background in Russia
• Fluent in Russian is essential (native is highly preferred)
• Experience within contract review is essential
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise a busy caseload
• Solutions focused
• Excellent teamwork skills
• Excellent IT skill
