We are seeking a Full Time Reception Manager working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday who has excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities
?? Receive and evaluate all visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them properly
?? Preparing car parking permits and allocating visitor parking
?? Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access to the building (via key card access, doorbell and logbook)
?? Answer, screen and forward all incoming phone calls
?? Receive and sort daily mail, shipments and interoffice material
?? Ensure reception and waiting area remain tidy and presentable
?? Assist executive department by running daily errands
?? Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, banking, mailings and other admin duties
?? Assist other departments with admin tasks
Qualifications
?? Professional Reception and/or Office experience required
?? Customer Service Experience
?? Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer software
?? Excellent communication skills
?? Professional attitude and appearance
?? Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time
