Contract type: Permanent, part time.
My client is a local Authority, based in Derby. They are currently seeking an experienced Area Manager to work within their Facilities Management team.
The successful candidate will need to extensive building management experience, be a decision maker and be able to manage a small team of allocated staff.
Your responsibilities for this role will include:
- The day-to-day operational management of the Council's corporate building portfolio.
- Ensuring the continuity in the provision of an exceptional service to clients
- Working in partnership with stakeholders to ensure the effective and efficient use of resources.
- Contributing to ensure that Facilities management delivers a service that meets targets set out under Council's Corporate Landlord responsibilities.
