Wills & Probate Solicitor

A growing provider of legal services is looking for an experienced Wills and Probate Solicitor. The company are based in Leicester but are offering remote and flexible working.

This role will assume a senior position in the team and is paying up to GBP50,000 plus benefits based on experience.

Day to day duties will include working within the private client team to advise on wills, estates and probate. In addition you will cover the following:

- Fee- earning work covering estate administration

- Utilising case management system

- Reviewing and maintaining case costs and estate accounts

- Prepare case summaries

- Supervising junior team members.
