We now have exciting opportunities for Property Assistants to join the G4S Secure Solutions (UK) team in the Co. Derry/Londonderry area. These roles more specifically will be managing a number of properties and processing of items pertaining to the property in accordance with our customer's service instructions and guidelines.
Main Responsibilities
For our Property Officers, it's the care and attention you put into the little tasks that makes all the difference. You will be working as part of a diverse and dedicated team providing excellent standards of service whilst ensuring properties, and items relating to the property, are reported and managed through effective systems. The post holder will be providing accurate and up to date guidance to key parties on property handling issues.
We will be offering successful applicants full training, guaranteed hours contracts, 5.6 weeks holiday per year, 8 of these will be in lieu of bank holidays (worked or not worked), Company Sick Pay Scheme, G4S Perks and Benefits Scheme, Pension and Contributory Health Plan.

- Record, log and store all information relating to confidential items and liaise with suppliers and internal contacts.
- Facilitate the movement of confidential items between key locations and ensure accurate records are kept up to date.
- To provide support and guidance to key parties on the handling, storing and transportation of confidential items
- Liaise with key parties on status and assist in preparing case files in accordance with service instructions
- Proactively promote process improvements in order to deliver increased efficiency and performance improvement
- To ensure quality and compliance guidelines are complied with at all times
