Asbestos Bulk Analyst
GBP18,000 - GBP22,000 + Benefits

I have a new opportunity available within a leading UKAS accredited environmental consultancy, who provide a wide range of asbestos testing, surveying and consultancy services to clients across the UK. Due continued growth, our client is seeking a BOHS P401/RSPH3 qualified Asbestos Bulk Analyst to join their team and deliver the analysis of bulk samples.
The ideal applicant will possess the BOHS P401/RSPH3 qualification (BOHS P401 - Identification of Asbestos in Bulk samples) and previous experience of working in a UKAS accredited laboratory.
As an Asbestos Bulk Analyst, you will:
Receiving and appropriately logging samples received by the laboratory
Preparation of samples for analysis
Analysing samples for asbestos content
Undertaking daily quality checks
Produce quality assessment reports
Assisting the lab supervisor with any ad-hoc duties when requiredRole Requirements:
BOHS P401/RSPH3
Previous experience working within a UKAS accredited laboratory
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
High level of attention to detail and focus
Good level of IT skills and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packagesAPPLY NOW!
