Payroll Administrator

An exciting opportunity has arisen in the payroll department within a well-known accountancy practice. My client is looking for an additional team member to join their busy practice in processing a large volume payroll for multiple clients. The successful candidate will have an adaptable 'can do' attitude with a keen eye for detail. This company are offering a competitive salary and fantastic benefit package along with flexible working! MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Processing own portfolio of client payroll on a multi frequency basis
• Dealing with enquiries from clients, their employees and HMRC.
• Complete and submit all PAYE & NIC documentation including forms P45, P46, P38s and P46car
• Calculations for employee & employer pension contributions

PERSON SPECIFICATION

• Start to finish payroll processing for multiple clients
• Knowledge of the Star payroll system is desirable
• Up to date knowledge of all payroll legislation including SSP, SMP, Tax, NI, RTI auto enrolment
• Ability to work with accuracy within deadlines
• Ability to remain focused and self-motivate
• Ability to work proactively and use initiative
