Fantastic job opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator
Our client is looking for a Customer Service Administrator working 1pm-7pm Monday - Friday.
Based in our clients Kidlington branch this position is for a 6-month period starting at GBP8.50 per hour, then GBP9.50 after 12weeks.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Dealing with customer queries over the phone and via email
- Helping customers with any issues that they may have
- Tracking customer orders
- Offering exceptional customer service
