Working for a fast-paced growing business based on the outskirts of Canterbury, you will be required to collate and enter data whilst maintaining accurate records of valuable company information.

This assignment is starting shortly, therefore candidates will need to be immediately available and the assignment is for an initial period of 2 months.

Flexible working hours can be offered for the right candidate.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Enter and verify data in Sage
  • Resolve any problems regarding the data
  • Maintain and update the database ensuring meticulous attention to detail
  • Identify, collect and migrate data
  • Liaison with internal and external stakeholders
  • General administration as required

Skills and Experience

  • Previous data entry/administration experience
  • Sound knowledge of Excel and Sage are essential
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Able to pick up new systems and procedures quickly
  • Ability to work well in a high-pressured environment
  • A driving licence would be required due to the location of this client
