Service Manager

I am currently looking for a Service Manager to work within a national, well-established company supporting Adults with Learning Disabilities and Mental Health needs within their Supported Living Services in Gloucester.

You will find yourself managing multiple services of flats that house Adults ranging in ages from their late 20s to their 60s. You will find yourself providing both support and supervision to a team of Support Workers and Team Leaders whilst continually ensuring the highest standards of care are provided.

Other day to day duties will include;
-Conducting performance appraisals for team members
-Auditing services
-Ensure effective financial administration
-Monitor the Health and Safety of service users and staff

Candidate requirements;
-Have or be working towards your NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care
-Experience within a similar role
-Experience in multi-site management
-You must be a driver with access to your own vehicle

Salary; GBP24,000 - GBP26,000 per annum, dependent upon experience & qualifications
