The C&D Group are looking for a full time Customer Service Advisor based in Greenbridge. Rate of pay is GBP8.72 with the hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm. Starting in ASAP, temporary on going.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be working with a busy customer service department, your responsibilities will include: -
- The first point of contact for customers with queries via the telephone as well as responding to emails.
- Providing an efficient service to all customers.
- Processing information, ensuring all information is always kept fully up to date.
We are looking for a candidate with the following skills and experience: -
- Previous call centre experience.
- Strong customer service skills and experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Works well with in a team but also be able to use your own initiative.
- A passion to provide excellent customer service.
- Works well under pressure.
