Administrator Required
We are currently recruiting for an office administrator for our busy, energetic office in Canterbury.
This is a permanent full time position working Monday - Friday 35 hrs per week (minimum) between 9am-5pm / 8am- 4pm.
The position would suit an individual with previous experience in an administration position and applicants must be computer literate with an excellent understanding or Microsoft office, word, excel and PowerPoint. A keen eye to detail is essential and you must be able to pick up new systems quickly.
Duties will include:-
- Assisting with our payroll
- Checking right to work documents
- Checking qualifications
- Placing job advertisements
- Taking references
- Filing Contracts
- Adding CV's to our database
- Running and updating productivity reports
- Shredding sensitive paperwork
- Tracking our AWR, sickness and holiday trackers
- Maintaining vehicle maintenance logs
- All other associated tasks.
Applicants with previous experience in a similar position will be at an advantage.
Training will be provided in house by our administration team and support will be on hand until our company policies and procedures are habit. Applicants must have a 'can do' attitude and be willing to work overtime where necessary to ensure reporting is up up date.
This position comes with 4 weeks paid holiday per year in addition to bank holidays. Our office is a stones throw away from the town centre with excellent transport links and parking facilities.
