Customer Service Team Leader - Logistics
An experienced Customer Service professional from a transport or logistics background is required for a team lead position focussing on the quality and routing division.
The successful candidate will lead a small team in ensuring customer satisfaction and ensuring that processes in the routing lifecycle run as smoothly as can be.
Role Overview
A CS Team Leader is required for a transport and logistics company based in Slough. A salary of up to GBP23,000 is offered, depending on experience.
You will assist with creating an inspiring team environment, delegating tasks and setting deadlines. You'll discover training needs and provide coaching.
You will work closely with the Quality and Routing Manager to deliver changes for the business.
You will report service levels and provide mitigation for further improvements on all quality and routing requirements, dealing with customer queries and lead daily team meetings.
The ideal candidate will also be involved in airline meetings to discuss route-related matters.
