The Role

• Creation of a digital database of R&D facilities, capabilities and assets from our global R&D sites
• To own direct communication with senior internal stakeholders
• To work with a large international R&D team to collate and organise large amounts of information
• Maintain asset inventory
• Understand the costs of facilities and assets: purchase & maintenance
• Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Computer literate, including MS Word, Excel and other related computer skills.
• An excellent technical problem solver
• A healthy curiosity to actively seek out additional information
• Ability to distil lots of data into manageable management information for onward action

Work with Analytical and IPS Procurement to seek to drive efficiencies and standardisations on purchasing
