EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
You must be an experienced purchase ledger clerk with a minimum of 10 years exposure to administration roles with the ability to adapt quickly to new office procedures

THE ROLE
Working as part of a team as a Purchase Ledger Clerk your responsibilities will include:-
- Coding & processing around 1,000 Supplier Invoices per month
- Processing staff expenses and mileage claims
- Investigating & resolving invoice queries
- Reconciling Supplier statements to ledger
- Processing payment runs
- General administrative duties
Other duties will include assisting the credit control team on an ad-hoc basis.
