Purchase Ledger Clerk

Our client is the UK's leading bespoke picture frame manufacturer. This role is based at their production facility in Stonehouse Gloucestershire.

You will need to have had previous finance experience preferably in a purchase ledger role.

The position is part-time, initially approximately 20 hours per week with flexibility possible around days/hours to be worked.

Reporting to the Assistant Accountant responsibilities include:

• Processing supplier invoices and maintaining all aspects of supplier records.
• Entering purchase invoices in the company's accounting system
• Maintaining supplier contact details in the company accounting system
• Reconciling supplier statements to the ledger accounts in the company accounting system
• Checking invoice prices against agreed price lists
• Checking supplier references against the company purchase order records
• Processing of company credit cards
• General admin and other duties as the need arises within the accounts department
