We are currently recruiting for our Global Outsourcing Client based in Selkirk, this is a permanent role due to start 19th October working on behalf of a well-known financial services body.
As a Tier 2 agent you will receive calls from customers needing guidance. Calls are filtered/screened through Tier 1 agents and escalated to Tier 2 agents to provide guidance and refer customers to an external organisation where appropriate. You will receive calls on a variety of financial products so previous experience within financial services/banking is ideal.
What will you be doing?
- Handling inbound calls from customers requiring advice
- Provide guidance on a range of complex enquires
- Make outbound calls when required, if agreed with the customer
- Ensuring protocol is adhered to at all times
- Ability to understand a wide range of financial topics and ability to explain these topics in simple terms
- Ensure you are building rapport with customers at all times
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience within financial services ie; banking, financial contact centre, money management/advice
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to empathise
- Attention to detail at all times
- Ability to work to deadlines and SLA's
Salary -
GBP8.85 per hour
Hours of work -
This is a full time role, working 37.5 hours per week between the below shift times -
Monday to Friday - between 9am-6pm
Saturday - 9am-3pm
Due to the nature of the role, successful candidates will need to pass a credit and criminal background check.
