Robert Half been appointed to work with a prestigious Business within Birmingham, they are looking for the right individual to come in and help grow the team.
ABOUT Ta HE ROLE: Managing a team of three, you will to be reporting to and working closely with the Head of Finance. You will get involved in the day to day running of the Payroll function.
- Managing an end to end payroll function
- Managing a payroll of over 4,000
- Overseeing 4 Payrolls (weekly and monthly)
- Statement Reconciliations
- Managing a team of 3, hopefully will grow to a team of 6 in the future
- Assisting with manual calculations
- Liaising with HMRC
- Producing Payroll reports for Senior Managers
Requirements: ABOUT YOU:
- Experience managing a payroll team
- Willingness to influence and challenge processes
- Motivated & reliable individual with good attention to det
- Good with systems
- Adaptable and happy implementing change
