VIP Client Co-ordinator
To ensure our VIP clients receive the best possible service. Establish client needs and refer them to their dedicated resource, including referring to other products and additional consultancy days.
Due to a growing consultancy portfolio we're looking for a keen energetic co-ordinator. The ideal candidate will have a track record in customer service, administration, have proven organisation skills and will be able to deal with difficult situations in a calm and professional manner.
The successful candidate will be part of a new team dedicated to service the clients of our New VIP subscription product, which provides priority expertise by phone, email and written advice.
? Taking VIP overflow calls and ensuring they are called back by the relevant advisor as soon as they are free
? Dealing with requests for consultancy
? Advising clients on the benefits of written advice
? Liaising with the VIP advisors and consultants to ensure subscribers receive the highest level of service and all incoming calls and e-mails are dealt with
? Managing the VIP workflow
? Central contact point for delivery of My VIP Tax Team for clients and within the Croner Taxwise and Croner-i organisations
? Liaising with claims where a VIP subscriber wants to support with an insured case
