A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to join a leading manufacturer within the medical sector.

You will support the sales team with the processing of orders and be the first point of contact for sales enquires, day to day duties will include:

*Processing orders (internal and external)
*Monitoring the customer service mailbox
*Processing enquiries from the sales team
*Answering telephone enquiries
*Processing product returns and other customer enquires
*Performing inventory checks
*Solving invoice queries
*Placing purchase orders with suppliers

Requirements:

*Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in an administration / customer care role
*Excellent customer service skills
*Knowledge of SAP
*Good MS office skills

This role would suit someone that has fantastic attention to detail who can work well in high workload environments.

Initially, you will join our client on a temporary basis however, this could lead to a permanent position. Remote working is an option to begin with should you wish.
