Covid Responce Officer - Accomodation Setting

A University in Oxford is looking for a Covid Response Team Member covering the Accommodation Area on a 9-month contract but mainly working from home. This role is responsible for providing the accommodation setting information regarding reported cases. The role will liaise with ECS teams, in order to inform them of cases and necessary actions. The post holder will also be asked to work with the other members of the Covid Response Team in order to provide comprehensive support when investigating reported cases.

Experience required for post: You will have a wide range of administrative skills gained in a professional office environment including working autonomously, handling sensitive information, and the ability to prioritise and handle competing tasks. This role will have access to a very wide range of confidential information related to reported cases, therefore sensitive communication skills, as well as strong skills in customer service, IT systems and data management are required.

Qualifications required for post: A-levels or relevant experience and excellent written English.

This is a 9-month contract starting asap, mainly working from home with a competitive salary of GBP27k, 25 days holiday, pension and access to various courses.
