GRP Laminator

Job title: GRP Laminator
Location: Redditch
Hours: Monday - Friday - 8am - 5pm

Pay Rate: GBP10 - GBP12 per hour

RJH Personnel are currently recruiting for a GRP Laminator for a local Redditch Manufacturer, the ideal Candidate will have a thorough understanding of GRP/ Fibreglass laminating and associated processes with attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions. Must be capable of using a full range of GRP materials and work unassisted or as part of a team whilst maintaining high company standards and turnover of work output.

Day to day duties will include the following:

• Laminating and finishing of parts for Various Applications
• Abiding to technical drawings and instructions
• Bonding of complex composite assemblies.
• Bond preparation
• Wet lay laminating

As a person you will need the following qualities and experience:

• Experience as a GRP Composite Laminator composite laminator
• Attention to detail and experience of working on wet lay laminating
• Working to tight timeframes.
• Ability to work alone, and comfortable with completing further tasks to ensure dispatch of products.
